The diner everyone goes to at least once if you're a student at SCU or from around the SC county. It's beloved and long standing for good reason. I think their food is amazing, not too salty good flavor and has a variety of portions which is appreciated. Got the Mini Pancakes w Bacon and Meat Lover Omelette with Hash Browns. Those pancakes came out fluffy and not so mini!! It was a great surprise and honestly appreciated because I felt like these days I got so used to see food being skimped out on. It's nice to know that these places still exist that want u to leave feeling full and loved. Our waitress was the nicest and came straight out of an oldies movie. With the loving sassy tone of a mother she hustled and always checked on us throughout our meal. The staff really create a family feel, taking up a special place in everyone's heart that I'm sure has a lot of people coming back for more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon just an hour before they closed and the place had a few tables with guests. The interior is very nice and clean. We were seated right away and our server was very nice. We ordered the country fried steak and the little country. Our food came out within 10 mins of ordering and our food portions were very generous. The food was overall very delicious and we would come again in the future.

This was not the first time that I have eaten there. This location is in a nice neighborhood. Parking lot is mostly full but able to find a parking spot. Service is excellent, couldn't be happier from being escorted to my table to serving coffee several times. The food was excellent. I ordered steak and eggs. The steak was cooked to perfection juicy and tender. The waitress was very pleasant and checked with me several times to see how I was doing. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the San Jose area. They do have several locations

Went here for Sunday brunch. It was very busy. People were waiting inside and outside. Wait-list said it would be about a 20-25 minute wait. Our table was ready within 15 minutes. Service wasn't bad. They really want your coffee mug full at all times though. I don't know how many times they asked me if I wanted a refill. Hahaha. Everyone in the group liked their food. I got the chorizo omelette, which I enjoyed. Chorizo wasn't too heavy on the cumin, so I liked it a lot. We all asked for crispy hash browns, but they weren't very crispy.

Nice Breakfast, Lunch spot. Big menu. Good variety to choose from. I got their Mexican Omelet with Hash-browns and Sourdough toast. The omelet was nice and packed with jalapeños cheese and a very good salsa. The hash-browns were nicely well done and the toast was well buttered. They even had my favorite juice of Tomato. A bit pricey and they add a 3.5% food surcharge on their bill and add tax to that as with the food. So minus a star for that. Overall a good experience.

Wow portions are big and prices are reasonable. Lots to choose from on their menu. It is busy on the weekends but they have indoor and outdoor seatings and the wait is not too long. I loved my salmon egg benedict and to my surprise it came with a bagel instead of english muffins. The bagel was easy to eat soft and not too big or small and actually worked well because it was able to withhold the sauces without being overly soaked/soggy. I ordered two dishes one with hash and the other with potato. I liked the potato better since it was seasoned better and less greasy. The hash was unfortunately greasy, sloppy and lacked flavor. Overall it was good minus the hash and my cranberry juice which was clearly concentrate for $5 which is disappointing.

First time at Bill's and the it's a classic diner atmosphere, I came around 10am and it was pretty crowded but no wait time which was convenient! I ordered the new steak ranchero omelette. It was my first time ordering this omelette and it was decent, I loved the ranchero sauce which added some tang to the dish and had plenty of meat. Definitely a hearty breakfast I just wished there were more hash browns. Overall 4/5

Yum! Swung by here to grab some brunch bc our usual spot was too busy. We got: - Belgium Waffle: super airy and vanilla-y. Definitely yummy + egg & bacon (bacon was not crispy, really chewy and oily -1 star) - Steak Sandwich: yum! Steak was cooked perfectly (a little mooing for medium rare, but it was okay) * Minus one star because: - At checkout, we realized the server got our order wrong. We ordered the kids Belgium waffle meal but got charged for a normal Belgium waffle, side of eggs, & bacon. - Waffle came out way before the bacon and eggs & bacon was soggy Other than that, pretty solid classic American breakfast/brunch spot.

Bill's Cafe is a nice place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, & cocktails. The parking lot is small, so it can get crowded fast on the weekend! Good luck finding a spot. They do have parking in the neighborhood. Fernando was friendly and polite. Nice cafe with simple decorations. Nice and clean with neutral colors and lighting. Outside patio with additional seating. Corned Beef Hash and Eggs: served with two eggs, any style. This breakfast classic comes with a choice of Hash brown potatoes or seasoned country potatoes & and a choice of toast or an option to add a pancake (additional charge). Thick cut of the Corned Beef and pan-fried to have that crisp edge. The hash browns were crispy on the outside just the way you like them. I got my eggs poached. They were more medium, but the yolk was still creamy.
